Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and utilizing the music distribution services provided by Vox Muzic ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Artist," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. License Grant

By uploading your sound recordings ("Masters"), musical works ("Compositions"), and related artwork ("Metadata") to Vox Muzic, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and digitally transmit your content to our partner Digital Service Providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, and TikTok.

You explicitly authorize Vox Muzic to act as your intermediary to collect royalties generated from the exploitation of your music on these DSPs.

3. Copyright & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all your Masters, Compositions, and Metadata. Vox Muzic does not claim any ownership rights over your intellectual property. Our relationship is strictly that of a distributor.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to distribute the content you upload, including but not limited to samples, beats, and cover song licenses.

4. Royalties & Payments

Vox Muzic operates on a 100% royalty payout model. You will receive 100% of the net royalties we collect from DSPs on your behalf, minus any applicable taxes or third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees).

Royalties are typically accounted for and reported 45 to 60 days following the end of the month in which the streams occurred. You may request a payout once your account balance reaches the minimum threshold of $10.00 USD.

5. Prohibited Content & Artificial Streaming

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of any third party.
• Contains hate speech, incites violence, or violates the content guidelines of our partner DSPs.
• Consists of un-licensed cover songs, remixes, or uncleared samples.

Artificial Streaming: You are strictly prohibited from using bots, click-farms, or deceptive services to artificially inflate your stream counts. If Vox Muzic or our DSP partners detect fraudulent streaming activity on your releases, we reserve the right to freeze your account, withhold royalties, and remove your catalog from stores without notice.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account and request takedowns of your catalog at any time through your dashboard. Takedowns typically take 5-14 business days to reflect across all stores. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms of Service.
